The complete modernisation and extension of a Lion House property in the sought after Peterborough Estate in Parsons Green, London. The property was acquired off-market and following a successful planning application works were completed and the property was sold mid-pandemic via sealed bids due to the number of interested parties. Athena House, Surrey

A collection of seven luxury new build apartments set in an elevated position overlooking the Surrey Hills.

Athena House was designed and built to cater for the young professional buyer, with state-of-the-art technology, security systems, off-street parking and private amenity space. The building was designed to be as eco-friendly as possible with low energy lighting, solar panels, electric vehicle charging points and ultra-efficient appliances.
